Battle or Volunteer

Shades from the Void are taking over and we must aid Torakor in battle, defending different lands across Neopia. If you do not have a battle pet ready, or are not interested in the Battledome section of the plot, you are eligible to earn points via volunteering in the Neopian Hosptial.

Battling

Head to the The Void Within plot Headquarters and click on the Battle tab. You will be informed when there are new enemies to take on as they are released. This battle will be unlike any before, facing a certain amount of waves before completing the battle.

After selecting battling, you will be able to choose which difficulty & set of waves you wish to take on and then head into battle.

You will then have to pick which pet you wish to head into battle with and take on a certain number of waves (depending on what you chose), so bring appropriate battle equipment.

Depending on the difficulty you chose the HP of your opponent will change, scaling with each level;

Waves

Below we list the waves, what they consist of and how many times you need to complete them to max out for the day

Rewards

You will receive your battle prizes and plot points after defeating the final wave or whatever Battle Profile you chose. After hitting the max for neopoints, plot points & items you'll stop receiving prizes from battles, however you will still be able to battle if you'd like to.

Volunteering

If battling doesn't interest you, you are able to volunteer your time in the Neopian Hopsital (or you are able to do both). Head to The Void Within plot Headquarters and click the Battle tab. Instead of choosing to battle, pick Volunteer In The Hosptial instead.

From here you will be prompted to select a pet to help volunteer. Please keep in mind this pet will be busy helping for up to six hours.

You will receive your prize and plot points after completing your volunteer session.
