April Fools '06

On April 1st, 2006, Neopets decided to add a feature called "NeoCharge." The principle was that you had to "pay" to view certain pages.

To save us some time, TNT re-uploaded all the "Help Files" and a demo onto the Help area.

Of course, all of this is a complete joke! When you attempt to pay your current charges, it doesn't actually go through. Silly Neopets!
