The Retired Costume Superpack Mystery Capsule, released into the NC Mall on October 7, 2022, awards items from Halloween Superpacks that are no longer available. The Limited Edition bonus items from these superpacks are also obtainable. When opening a capsule, you're guaranteed to receive a random retired Sweetheart Gram item. If you're extra lucky, you may even receive a second item as a bonus!
