[Old] Canceling Premium

While we hope you never do, at some point in time you may want to cancel your Premium subscription. This is how you do it.

Residents of the US need to call 1-877-636-7426 to cancel Premium. Non-US residents can cancel your subscription through an e-mail to [email protected] or the live chat provided here .

If contacting by telephone, press #2 when connected, press #2 again, and once you have entered your billing number you will be connected to a representative of Velocity Services Inc., who handle the Premium payments service. As such, you will not be able to get support for your individual Neopets account, just your subscription. For US members, the telephone number is toll-free; you can phone from a location worldwide, but international calling fees will apply (and the email/live chat is free).

No matter which you have to use, you will need the account name, address, telephone number, and the first and last 4 digits of the credit card or PayPal agreement ID used to pay for it.

The most common reasons for a person to cancel Premium are frozen accounts, loss of interest, and lack of money.
