While surfing Neopets, you may encounter a faerie that may give you a faerie quest. The faerie is completely random; the item she asks for is completely random; and pretty much everything else is random. Below is a list of what type of item each faerie asks for and how the faerie will reward you.

Air Faerie	Type of item she asks for: Beauty Products Reward: Increases agility stat NOTE - The agility stat is useless in the Battledome and has no effect.
Dark Faerie	Type of item she asks for: Toys Reward: Increases maximum hit points
Earth Faerie	Type of item she asks for: Magical items Reward: Makes all of your pets full (useless)
Fire Faerie	Type of item she asks for: Clothing Reward: Increases strength
Light Faerie	Type of item she asks for: Cards Reward: Increases level
Water Faerie	Type of items she asks for: Books Reward: Increases defense
Faerie Queen	Type of items she asks for: Expensive items Reward: Increases a combination of stats
Space Faerie	Type of items she asks for: Expensive items Reward: Increases level (by four levels)
Rainbow Faerie	Type of items she asks for: Expensive items Reward: Access to the Rainbow Pool NOTE - At the Rainbow Pool you can paint your pet ANY COLOR without having to use a paint brush!!

Both the Air Faerie Quest and Earth Faerie Quest is rather pointless, so it is recommended that you not do them. ;) All of the other faeries are worth it though!
