The Daily Neopets is the largest Neopets help site in the world and it needs a lot of helping hands to operate! Right now we have an amazing team of people already working on The Daily Neopets, but we're looking to expand. If you'd like to be a valued staff member at The Daily Neopets, please consider applying! Here are our current, open positions.

POSITION OPEN: Unreleased Neopets News Posters

The Daily Neopets is seeking 1, possibly 2, well-qualified news posters that will post unreleased Neopets news on our front page. If you're considering applying, you should be an extremely active Neopets player and online, ready to post the majority of the day. You must also have basic HTML/BBCode knowledge and good grammar. Applicants should also be online between 12 PM and 6 PM NST on most weekdays to have a chance of being accepted. We have news finders that do the majority of this job for you, all you have to do is post it! Hint: If you're online like 24/7 then this is the job for you.

POSITION OPEN: Content Writer

To keep up-to-date with Neopets content, The Daily Neopets is seeking content writers for its site. Content writers are expected to contribute 1-3 new pages of content to our site per month (this is flexible due to real-life events, school, emergencies, etc) or improve previously written articles. Members of our content team are expected to be active Neopets players, know how to write about current events on Neopets (e.g., altador cup, new plots, puzzles), have strong English grammatical skills, and be mature. Generally most content team members write game guides, various helpful articles, or plot guides. The actual content of your articles is left up to you, as long as it's a Neopets guide! The content team is headed up by the respective department "head," Xepha, who may request that certain people write about certain narrower, specific topics.

At this time, we are SPECIFICALLY looking for the following. These are NOT requirements to applying, but those who meet some (or all) of the following preferences will have an advantage over those who do not. We are looking for:

• 1 person who is usually online and AVAILABLE at 12 midnight NST
• 2 game experts (who are knowledgeable in the arena of Neopets flash games)
• Mature, frequently online, similar writing style to all TDN articles

Please note that without a sample of content, you have NO chance in being hired. All applications with no sample article will automatically be rejected.

POSITION OPEN: Battlepedia Weapon Reviewers

The Daily Neopets is also seeking multiple well-qualified applicants that can post weapon reviews and content on our Battlepedia. You will be mainly reviewing weapons, so you need to have a good knowledge of icons, fractionals, economy, and the like. You will also need to be familiar with popular choices of Neopets weapons to provide "Upgrades, Downgrades, or Alternatives" in your reviews. You should be educated and an authentic (KEYWORD) battler. Because of this, your battle pet should have a MINIMUM of at least HP + STR + DEF = 200. Battlepedia Staff also have the privilege to update weapon prices, icon information, and manage weapon information, but our efforts right now are concentrated on posting reviews (this is what we're looking for).

Battlepedia Staff are expected to write at least one review per day.
