Illusen is a faerie of Neopia that is loved by most Neopians (the good Neopians at least). Most people go to complete her quest, in Meridell... here is a list of prizes and what level they are awarded on.

Before we get to the prize list, let me advise you that llusen's Quest may be rather pointless. The only good prizes are the Honey Potion (worth over 700,000 Neopoints), which is a popular battledome weapon. The prize awarded at level 50 is also a priceless artifact, but only a few people have *ever* gotten that far. You're probably thinking "wow I should get to level 35 (for the Honey Potion)!" but it is a lot harder than you think (around level 27, Illusens starts asking for more expensive items that may be worth over 100,000 Neopoints). Illusen's Quest is rather pointless unless you're a rich person (that has enough NP to get to the higher level).

You can get an avatar for completing level 20 or 21 of Illusens's Quest, so it isn't completely pointless.

You can also get the Illusen Doll avatar if you complete one of Illusen's quests on Illusen Day (March 17th).

If you look up these items on the shop wizard, over 90% of them are worthless.
